Dr. Seuss Happy Birthday Banner and Cupcake toppers

Hi everyone! Ahhhhh! Tomorrow is already Read Across America and I'm just slowly creating things for it.  I won't actually do a Dr. Seuss unit until next week, but my class will still celebrate his birthday with some fun treats.  Here is a little fun birthday banner and cupcake topper you could print for your party.
